XR for Marketing

Description: As we look around, we see XR starting to be used to enhance marketing campaigns — ie. the 19 crimes wine where the labels come to life. For this Bootcamp session, we focused on a marketing campaign developed by Th3rd Coast Digital Solutions that ties in traditional media (Fox Sports Detroit) with social media (Facebook) and a premiere sponsor (Belle Tire) called #GameFace.

Unity 101

Description: To maximize interactive capability within XR experiences, game engines like Unity and Unreal have become a staple tool for developers. Even if our research focus in this lab is trained on UX/UI, a basic understanding of these core tools is necessary.
